Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the website and services provided by Journey With Verride, located at www.journeywithverride.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer a variety of branding services, including, but not limited to:

Logo Design
Mini Brand Guideline
Stationery Design
Social Media Design
Email Marketing
Custom Visual Graphics
Visual Backgrounds
Digital and Printed Collateral
Brand Maintenance
Special Event Assets
Hero Road Map

2. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon receipt of the invoice. We offer the following payment options:

For invoices over $150, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
For invoices under $150, full payment is due upfront.

Payments are processed via WIX's Processor, and all payment terms are outlined in the invoice provided to you.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

If the Freelancer fails to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in this Contract.
Clients must submit a refund request in writing within 15 days of the issue.
The non-refundable deposit of 50% is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

4. Hourly Rate for Additional Work

Any revisions or additional work outside the scope of the agreed-upon deliverables will be billed at an hourly rate of $21.00. These additional charges will be invoiced separately and are payable within 7 days of invoice receipt.

5. Exceptions to Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided for client-initiated project cancellations. Force majeure events beyond the Freelancer’s control may affect refund eligibility.

6. Backup Copy Retention Clause

We will retain a backup copy of the project files for a period of 1 year after project completion, unless otherwise specified in a written letter by the Client.

7. Late Payment

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date will incur a late fee of 5%. This late fee will be charged every 2 weeks until the payment is received. If the payment remains unpaid after 3 late fees, the bill will be sent to collections.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing any legal actions. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration or litigation in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

9. Termination Clause

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this Agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding invoices for completed work will remain due and payable.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Journey With Verride be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in San Antontio, Texas.

12. Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreement

We agree to keep all client information confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties without the client’s explicit consent, unless required by law. This includes any sensitive business information, designs, or project materials shared during the course of the project.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or website notification. By continuing to use our services after any changes to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge and agree to the updated terms.

14. User Consent

By accessing and using our website and services, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue using our services.
